HOW TO RESERVE A RENTAL CAR?

You can reserve your rental car at any of Easy Rent Bulgaria’s offices, by telephone, e-mail, Skype, Viber & WhatsUp or by using the "Reservation form" on our website.

WHAT KIND OF CARS FOR RENT DO YOU HAVE AT YOUR DISPOSAL?

All vehicles available on our website are at your disposal for rent. We will supply you with the reserved vehicle, or analogical one.

WHAT IS THE CONDITION OF THE VEHICLES IN YOUR CAR FLEET?

Our company has a well-maintained fleet of more than 750 cars in different categories and brands. Among them, you will find small economical cars, family cars, SUVs, 4x4, minibusses, and luxury models from the leading automobile brands. All of our vehicles are subject to regular technical maintenance and diagnosed by authorized repairers. Our rental cars are in excellent technical condition, so you can safely and confidently drive the vehicle, rented from Easy Rent Bulgaria.

WHERE CAN I RECEIVE THE REQUESTED CAR?

You can get the rented car at one of Easy Rent Bulgaria’s offices - Sofia Airport, Varna Airport, Bourgas Airport, and Sunny Beach Resort.

HOW CAN WE FIND YOU AT THE AIRPORT?

At Sofia Airport our offices are located in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 - Arrival’s halls. Our offices in Bourgas and Varna can be found at the Arrival’s halls in the airports.

ARE YOUR VEHICLES INSURED?

All vehicles are in great technical condition and have Third-party liability and AUTO-CASCO insurance. Note that this does not free the Lessee from responsibility if he/she does not present a protocol by the Traffic Police Authorities for the damage or traffic accident.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

- Bank transfer; - Debit/credit card (Visa, Euro Card / MasterCard); - PayPal; - Cash (in our offices).

WHAT IS A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT?

The refundable security deposit is a mandatory condition when you are renting a car. The deposit is an amount of money which is blocked on your credit card when you hire the car and is returned upon the end of the rent. The deposit guarantees that the customer will return the vehicle in the condition it was received and according to the described terms and conditions. It is a type of guarantee for car rental companies in cases of damage not covered by the insurer ( including: damage to the interior, tires, and wheels, the lower part of the car, damage due to incorrect driving ). In individual cases, the deposit may also be used to cover an unexpected lengthening of the rental period.

DO YOU HAVE SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR COMPANIES?

We offer favorable conditions for car rentals to legal entities. If you are interested, you can send a request by email or call us for more information.

WHERE TO LEAVE/RETURN THE VEHICLE AFTER THE RENTAL IS OVER?

The vehicle must be returned to the same place as picked up unless you arranged a different drop-off place. Note that you have to keep the times (hours) you put on the contract, in order to avoid unpleasant situations, such as having to wait for our representative a long time, or them having to wait for you for a long time. When changing the time of pick-up/drop-off, please notify us.

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU UPON RETURN OF THE VEHICLE?

- The vehicle must be returned in the condition in which it was received; - The car must be returned with a full tank; - Complete set of documents and equipment.

CAN I GET A REFUND FOR UNUSED TIME FROM THE RESERVATION?

The price for reserving a vehicle is formed based on the hours and dates for which the customer has requested to use it. In case you rent the car later or return it earlier than the agreed time period, we cannot provide a refund for the unused time, since the vehicle has been reserved for you for the full-time period and is not available to other customers, which results in loss of revenue.

WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH MY RESERVATION IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED OR CANCELED?

If your flight is delayed or canceled, please contact us by e-mail at cars@easyrentbulgaria.bg as soon as possible or by phone +359 899 999 179. If during your reservation you have provided information about your flight, the rent-a-car company can track your flight and hold your vehicle until your flight has landed. If you have not provided additional information about your delay of picking up the vehicle, it is reserved for only one hour after the appointed pick-up time, after which the reservation is canceled without the possibility of a refund. Easy Rent cannot control and be held accountable for any changes in your schedule, including a canceled flight.

HOW TO ADD MY FLIGHT NUMBER?

You can add your flight number to the booking process or later in "My Booking" section. Adding a flight number is not necessary, but it may be useful if your flight is delayed. This way the company will know about the delay and will be able to hold the car until you arrive. Adding a flight number is free of charge.

HOW TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

The easiest way to cancel your rent-a-car reservation is by entering the "My Booking" section and selecting "Cancel Reservation". The amount will be refunded on your credit card if you cancel it up to 72 hours before the specified time of pick-up. WHAT HAPPENES IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE CAR OR A TRAFFIC COLLISION (MVC)?

In case of a problem with your rental vehicle or a road accident, our advice is to contact us first to help you and guide you through the next steps. The obligatory condition in such cases is to call a traffic control authority to compile the relevant Protocol. Then we will take the necessary action to continue the rent, according to the circumstances.

CAN I RENT A CAR IF I AM UNDER THE AGE OF 21?

Rental vehicles can be hired from adults with a driver's license issued for at least 3 years. Customers who do not meet this condition have to pay a "Young Driver" fee, including a double deposit and an extra € 5 per day.
